The four-receiver architecture consists of dedicated reference receivers and test receivers at both port 1 and port 2. This allows the R&S®ZNH to support more advanced calibration types such as unknown through, open, short and match (UOSM) calibration. This calibration is useful for DUTs with different input or output connector types at the test ports.

High dynamic range of up to 100 dB (typ.) to measure large level variations

Highly accurate thanks to a low trace noise magnitude (RMS) of 0.0015 dB to 0.0040 dB (typ.) and a low trace noise phase (RMS) of 0.02° to 0.04° (typ.)

Built-in receiver step attenuator at both ports, which is adjustable in 5 dB steps from 0 dB to 15 dB

Increases the linearity of the port input power range, which protects the analyzer against overloading.

The multi-touchscreen offers the standard pinch-to-zoom function available on smartphones. The R&S®ZNH supports typical phone control gestures, helping users feel at home. Even if operators cannot access the instrument directly, free PC, Android and iOS remote control apps are available for seamless operation. Furthermore, the measurement wizard helps simplify measurements with automated test sequences, speeding up the test process and reducing the potential for human error.
